New Space gives back to the house and to the surroundings all the space normally taken up by hinged doors. A clever idea to recover liveability and functionality which were always limited, both in new and pre-existing buildings. Internal doors slide smoothly outside and inside the wall, giving back to the surroundings room that was previously unused, thanks to the robust galvanized steel structure that fi ts inside a brick or plasterboard dividing wall. A solution that offers new furnishing possibilities, able to house any type of door: modern or classic, single or double leaf, smooth or with patterns and reliefs.
Structural strenght
Made from a 0.5 thick sheet metal. The structure is made of “corrugated panels” with vertical ribs on which transversal omegas are fixed; this make the subframe rigid, thus avoiding structural deformation during the assembly. New Space key features: reinforced vertical jambs, fine mesh grid, removable sliding guide, removable structure bottom, floor guide, sliding system, two spacers.

Assembling New Space is super easy and fast! The assembly and the joining of the items that make up the product are eased through practical and functional solutions. The construction of each individual item obtained in a totally automated production plant, guarantees steady quality in coupling and assembly accuracy. No tools are required to fit the transom with the lateral jamb and the structure.

With New Space Dierre you have a world of solutions. Simultaneous opening of two sashes using only one hand, automatic self-closing sash, sash closing damper to gently accompany the sash as it closes, aluminum rail for low noise, double sash kit that converts a single sash counter-frame into a double sash counter-frame, aluminum glazed sash kit, joiner and jamb kit.
The New Space for plasterable walls is composed of the union of 2 half-shells in smooth galvanized sheet metal and an electro-welded mesh. The New Space also available for plasterboard partition walls is composed of the union of 2 half-shells in smooth galvanized sheet metal and horizontal omegas on which to fix the plasterboard sheets. The head is made of galvanized steel with double wooden slat, with sliding guide and lateral joining brackets. The lateral upright in galvanized steel with double wooden strip and bayonet coupling bracket for coupling with the upper head.
The steel spacers, placed in their respective seats, connect the side upright and the box, determining the structural structure of the assembled product, ready to be installed. The standard equipment consists of jambs and architrave in finished wood, a bag inserted inside the structure and containing the sliding trolleys, the brackets to support the door, the screws to fix the brackets, the floor guide, the brackets for fixing the finishing upright.
Furthermore, in the plaster version, six strips of fine mesh fiberglass mesh are supplied which, fixed in the area between the structure and the brick wall, prevent the formation of cracks and fissures during the plaster drying phase. The capacity of the sliding system of the box allows the sliding of doors weighing up to 80 kg.
